Wels Consulting Group was founded in 2001 and is an Austrian based management consulting firm specialized in rapid change management, profit improvement, turnarounds, interim management, and M&A projects for troubled Companies. The owner, Mr. Andreas Pleninger has an academic background in both computer science and business administration and he has been involved in Turnarounds since 1990.

The group works within six strong principles, which are customer focus, people focus, fact based research, core competencies, integration and result orientation.

The group only employs excellent consultants with at least ten years of experience and an academic background.

Wels Consulting Group helped clients to survive or to cope with threatening situations. Our owner, Mr. Pleninger has helped more than 50 directors or entrepreneurs to make a new start and to solve their personal and business problems.

Mr. Pleninger also wrote a DIY-Turnaround-Book, which is currently only available in German.
